"A comprehensive rehabilitation of a residential building in Valencia's Cabanyal neighbourhood, developed for the Plan Cabanyal Canyamelar. The project is organised around a central service core — kitchen, bathroom, and storage — from which the rest of the floor plan radiates, creating dual circulation paths that emphasise neutrality and flexibility. The framework invites inhabitation rather than imposing it."
