“A one-story house study that wraps a shaded courtyard around a narrow pool and an old oak. Low terracotta tile roofs with deep overhangs rest on sand-coloured lime stucco, with oak beams and slat screens tempering the light. Pale travertine runs from the rooms out to the water, and linen softens every opening. Each bedroom opens onto its own small walled garden. It is a study of Mediterranean calm under a Miami sky.”
